HS Code Fix ("the app") is provided by Geary Works, 1380 Rio Rancho Blvd SE #470, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124, USA ("we"). By installing the app on your Shopify store you agree to these terms.

What you get

The app scans your product catalog for missing customs data, suggests HS codes, and, when you approve, writes values to your Shopify product fields. Features per plan are listed on the App Store listing and at hscodefix.com.

Suggestions, not advice

HS code suggestions are generated automatically and validated only for existence in the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule. They are not customs, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the classification, origin and weight declared on your shipments. See what the app can't do.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice under the Shopify App Store terms. Trials, prices and cancellation are as shown in the app at the time you subscribe. Cancel anytime by uninstalling the app or downgrading in the app; billing stops at the end of the current cycle. Refunds: see our refund policy.

Your data

We access only the product, inventory and shop data needed to run the app, under the permissions you grant at install. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, to attack Shopify or other merchants, or to resell its output as a classification service.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for customs delays, duties, penalties, lost shipments or lost profits arising from data written by the app after your approval. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. We may suspend the app for abuse or non-payment. You may stop at any time by uninstalling.
